Sheriff Bobby J. Guidroz stated, “The St. Landry Parish Sheriff’s detective section is looking for a suspect in connection to bank fraud in the Eunice area.” Sheriff’s detectives have reached out to Crime Stoppers for help in locating Tommy Joe James. James is a white male, age 54, and drives a 1998 black 4 door Toyota Camry with Louisiana license plate number JYC571. James is known to frequent Eunice and also known as “Outlaw”. He is known to hang out with biker clubs in the area.
