42 year old Mark Andrew Means walked away from a Group Home located along La. Hwy 35 in the Lawtell, La. area on or about 07/01/16. Means reportedly left with only the clothes he was wearing, leaving behind his personal belongings including medication. Means is reportedly Bi-polar, Manic depressant, and has other mental issues. He is described as being a white, male, weighing approximately 240 lbs, with long black hair, beard and moustache. He is 5` 7" tall and has brown eyes. Possible clothing description on the date of departure is black gym shorts and a light colored, flowered shirt.
